Winter Walks in Ryvarden - 2 nights

out into the fjord, with a view northward to B ømlafjorden and to Sletta in the south. From the old trading place at Mølstrevåg a narrow gravel path curves through two kilometres of scenery, changing from the distinctive cultural landscape, old stonewalls, and rich plant life to the windswept heather covered rocks.

FJORD WALKS IN ETNE:
Haugalandet's Alpine-like mountain range, stretching from Olalia in Ølen to Seljestad. Hiking area with
a choice of trails, both long and short, accessible summer and winter. Marked hiking trails with cabins
(Haugesund Tourist Association) providing overnight accommodation. Best starting point is Litledalen
at Skarstøl in Etne. The road up to Litledalen is tendered by snowplough from February onwards.
Other access points to the Etnefjell Mountains are to be found along the road to Rullestad.
